Role Overview

Technical Writer

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality documentation including product manuals, API guides, how-tos, and technical blogs
Work closely with developers and product teams to understand technical requirements and user flows
Translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences
Establish and follow consistent documentation style guides and standards
Update existing content in response to new product releases, features, or customer feedback
Assist in the creation of onboarding materials and internal knowledge bases

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a
Technical Writer
, preferably in software, SaaS, or startup environments
Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, DevOps, or AI/ML terminology
Familiarity with documentation tools such as
Markdown
,
Docs-as-Code (e.g., GitBook, Sphinx, Docusaurus)
, or
Confluence
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in remote teams

Preferred Skills

Experience working with
Agile development teams
Knowledge of
HTML/CSS

version control (Git)

Swagger/OpenAPI
documentation
Exposure to AI tools for summarization, technical translation, or document automation
Understanding of SEO for documentation and content discoverability
