About The Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Freelance Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team on a project or ongoing basis. You will be responsible for designing marketing creatives for various social media channels and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our content team, video team, marketing team, and digital SEO team to understand campaign goals, messaging, and brand guidelines to produce engaging visuals that drive results.⸻Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality marketing creatives for social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube thumbnails, etc.)
Create static posts, carousels, infographics, ad creatives, banners, and other digital assets
Collaborate with content writers, video editors, marketing strategists, and SEO specialists to understand project briefs and marketing objectives
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels
Adapt designs for different formats, sizes, and platform requirements
Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to enhance engagement and reach
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines
Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in digital marketing or social media creative design
Strong portfolio showcasing marketing creatives for social media and digital platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
Ability to understand marketing concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs
Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition
Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus (optional)
