Job Title: Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) – Upwork Specialist Location : Mohali Experience : 1-3 years (minimum 1 year on Upwork) Job Type : Full-time Company Name : DamnArt Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, bidding on relevant projects, and maintaining client relationships to help scale our digital service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms (Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour – if applicable). Write custom proposals tailored to client needs. Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospects effectively. Maintain communication with clients throughout the project cycle. Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and project estimations. Maintain profiles, portfolios, and a strong Upwork presence. Meet and exceed monthly bidding and lead generation targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Provide regular updates and reports to the senior management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of bidding experience on Upwork. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of IT services like web development, mobile apps, software testing, digital marketing, etc. Experience with proposal writing, lead conversion, and client follow-ups. Familiarity with bidding strategies and project negotiation. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
