We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Freelance Business Development Expert who specializes in acquiring freelance projects through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar sites. You will be responsible for identifying potential projects, submitting proposals, and helping us secure freelance work. Once projects are won, our in-house team will handle execution. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify high-potential freelance platforms and job boards. Create and manage client profiles on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others. Draft and submit compelling proposals tailored to each client’s needs. Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and secure work. Strategize and experiment with different ways to improve the success rate of proposals. Track submitted proposals, follow up, and maintain a lead pipeline. Requirements : Proven experience in getting projects from freelance platforms (minimum 2 years preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to craft personalized and persuasive proposals. Strong understanding of freelance marketplaces, client psychology, and bidding strategies. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with a startup or solopreneur. Experience in IT, software, design, or digital marketing projects (as these will likely be the focus).
