Freelance Business Analytics Trainer

As a Freelance Business Analyst Trainer for weekends only, your role will involve conducting high-quality training sessions on Business Analysis concepts and tools. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting live, interactive training sessions on Business Analysis concepts and tools, focusing on practical, industry-relevant training using real-life use cases and case studies. - Covering key BA tools and practices such as JIRA, Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, Kanban, Confluence, BRD & FRD preparation. - Designing and delivering session plans, assignments, and mock project exercises. - Providing guidance on career paths, interview preparation, and BA certifications. - Addressing student queries and supporting their learning journey effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/Tech domain. - Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals or corporate teams. - Strong command of BA tools and frameworks. - Familiarity with Agile environments and product/project management practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to commit to weekend-only training schedules (Saturdays & Sundays).
