Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using Jaspersoft / JasperReports . Migrate and convert reports from legacy systems into Jaspersoft. Write, optimize, and debug complex PL/SQL queries for reporting purposes. Deliver high-quality work independently and within project deadlines. Required Skills: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Jaspersoft / JasperReports . Strong command of PL/SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.). Proven experience with report conversion/migration projects . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have: Preference for candidates based in Tamil Nadu . Immediate or short notice availability. Experience working in Agile environments .
