Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelance Architect located in Navi Mumbai. The Freelance Architect will be responsible for designing architectural projects, creating innovative solutions, and collaborating with Engineers throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning, implementing architectural designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and integrating various elements into a cohesive design. The role requires managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture principles
• Experience between 4-8 years in Freelance Architecture
• Knowledge of Software Development/Integration and of Regulations
• Strong skills in Project Management and coordination
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, engineers stakeholders etc
• Familiarity with relevant tools, technologies, and software such as CAD
• Experience with complex projects in residential, commercial, or industrial architecture is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
