About Us

We are a creative design studio looking for a

Freelance Architect

to bring innovative concepts to life. This is a

per-project paid role

with

no income cap

, ideal for independent professionals who thrive on creativity and delivering high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and designs using Sketch Up and other design tools.
Create 3D renderings and visualisations for client presentations.
Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals.
Collaborate with clients to refine designs and secure approvals.
Deliver projects on time and with excellence.

Who We Are Looking For

Skilled in Sketch Up, 3D modelling, and rendering software.
Strong grasp of architectural design principles and client requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects independently.

Payment

Per-project basis with no income cap - the more projects you deliver, the more you earn.
