Fraud Prevention Representative

Role Overview: You will be working as a Customer Service Representative on-site in AHMEDABAD. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly - Resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain positive relationships with customers - Monitor and analyze transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities - Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and irregularities - Investigate suspicious activities and implement preventive measures - Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to differentiate between good users and bad actors - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies - Answer incoming communications from customers - Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only Qualification Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to problem-solve and multitask - Attention to detail - Positive and patient attitude - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent Additional Details: NetRTech Solutions LLP is a specialized company offering placements, technology consulting, project execution, product development, sales, and training services. The starting CTC is INR 26,000 per month, with a maximum CTC of INR 36,000 per month.
