Role Overview: A career in the Anti Money Laundering practice involves working within the Regulatory Response and Remediation services. You will have the opportunity to assist organizations in building resilience and integrating regulatory compliance into their operational frameworks through enhancements in processes, technology, and data. The strategies developed aim to guide business leaders and board members in utilizing regulations to enhance their strategic approach, sustain regulatory efficiency, and instill confidence in their regulatory responses. The team is focused on leveraging technology to establish effective, efficient, and sustainable Anti Money Laundering programs. As a part of this team, your responsibilities will include conducting vulnerability assessments, evaluating compliance programs, and performing gap analyses to aid clients in minimizing their exposure to money laundering and sanctions. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting comprehensive 360-degree reviews and investigations triggered by alerts resulting from threshold violations - Analyzing financial transaction patterns, identifying suspicious activities, and taking immediate action based on findings - Managing cases and determining outcomes such as closure, reimbursements, or escalation - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for end-to-end alert resolution - Adhering to policies and risk mitigation strategies to apply fraud mitigation steps in alignment with defined policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Experience ranging from 1 year to 4.5 years in Fraud Investigation, with expertise in handling various fraud types such as ATO, PTO, TOA, ID Theft, and First Party Frauds - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred; full-time master's degree or equivalent considered an added advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective interaction within the team and with stakeholders Additional Company Details: This position requires working 5 days a week from the office, situated in a cleanroom environment.,
