Fraud Investigation- Associate

As a member of the Anti Money Laundering practice, your role will involve assisting organizations in enhancing their operational frameworks by integrating regulatory compliance. You will focus on developing strategies to guide business leaders in utilizing regulations to enhance their strategic approach and instill confidence in their regulatory responses. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting vulnerability assessments - Evaluating compliance programs - Performing gap analyses to aid clients in minimizing exposure to money laundering and sanctions To excel in this role, you are expected to have 1 to 4.5 years of experience in Fraud Investigation, with expertise in handling various fraud types. You will conduct comprehensive reviews and investigations triggered by alerts resulting from threshold violations. Strong analytical and decision-making skills are crucial for analyzing financial transaction patterns, identifying suspicious activities, and taking immediate action. You should also be proficient in managing cases, determining outcomes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for end-to-end alert resolution. Adherence to policies and risk mitigation strategies is essential to ensure the application of fraud mitigation steps in alignment with defined policies and procedures. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent are preferred, while excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction within the team and with stakeholders.
