As a Franchisee Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. Based in Ahmedabad, this full-time on-site position will require you to lead development initiatives, provide training, manage projects, offer consulting services, and drive sales to support the franchisees" operations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Leadership Development and Training skills, along with expertise in Project Management, Consulting, and Sales. Previous experience in franchising or a related field will be advantageous. Your success will also hinge on your exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
