Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchisee Acquisition Manager located in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring franchisees, building strong relationships with potential and existing partners, and ensuring their alignment with the company's vision and objectives. The role involves analyzing market trends, negotiating terms, developing strategies to expand the franchise network, and providing support to franchisees for achieving business growth. Additionally, the manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support for franchisees.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in franchisee acquisition or business development.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
  • Understanding of market analysis and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficient communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Relevant experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel locally, as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
