Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Leasing & Site Acquisition

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable commercial properties for new franchise locations.
  • Conduct market research and site feasibility studies, including demographics, traffic patterns, and competition analysis.
  • Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and developers to source and shortlist sites.
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process—from initial inquiry to final agreement execution.

2. Transaction Management

  • Negotiate commercial lease terms, renewals, and amendments in line with company policies and financial targets.
  • Ensure timely execution of LOIs (Letters of Intent), lease agreements, and related documentation.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to review and finalize lease contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing transactions and ensure data integrity in internal systems.

3. Franchise Partner Coordination

  • Support franchise partners in understanding site selection criteria and real estate processes.
  • Act as a liaison between franchisees, property owners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to ensure franchise sites meet brand and operational standards.

4. Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Monitor commercial real estate trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor expansion activity.
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations on pipeline status, market insights, and transaction progress.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, and brand standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and filing of all executed leases and correspondence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field .
  • 0–6 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or franchise development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with local property laws, leasing regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/real estate management software.
  • Ability to travel for site visits and negotiations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
