Job Description

Role Overview: As a Franchise Success Account Manager at Ignite Visibility, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to franchisees. Your key role will involve understanding client contracts, onboarding new franchise locations, acting as a liaison between corporate and franchises, and optimizing sales and marketing processes. Collaboration with internal teams, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and standards will be crucial for success in this role. Effective communication, managing billing changes, and staying updated on industry trends will also play a significant part in your responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Work under the direction of the Account Manager to provide front-line customer service and support to franchisees. - Understand client contracts and identify selling opportunities to boost revenue. - Assist in onboarding new franchise locations and act as the intermediary between corporate and franchises. - Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic documentation and drive results for clients. - Attend necessary account meetings and ensure all meetings are scheduled and documented. - Manage billing changes, escalate cancellation requests, and spot revenue-increasing opportunities. - Stay informed about industry trends, manage help desk tickets, and support the sales team with presentations. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. - Knowledge of digital marketing channels and services. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly engage with key stakeholders. - Desire to continuously learn and expand digital marketing knowledge. - Experience in franchise or multi-location marketing and managing multiple account management projects. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and background in sales or customer service. - Business acumen and familiarity with Project Management systems such as Outlook, Slack, Monday, and Google suite.,
