Role Overview

Franchise Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential franchise prospects from a curated lead database.
  • Present and explain Zeptos franchise model, value proposition, and partnership benefits effectively.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their interest, investment capability, and operational readiness.
  • Address franchise-related queries professionally and persuasively.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and drive lead conversions into confirmed franchise sign-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in CRM or Excel.
  • Collaborate closely with the Franchise Manager to ensure seamless lead transition and onboarding.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to outreach and conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, consultative selling, B2C/B2B outbound sales, or ed-tech sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
  • Confident in presenting business models and handling discovery conversations with prospects.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline; candidates with relevant sales experience preferred.

Preferred Profile

  • Prior experience in franchise sales, business development, partner onboarding, or early-stage startup environments.
  • Exposure to consultative or solution-based sales methodologies.
