Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Franchise Manager. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of franchises, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Responsibilities include supporting franchise owners, conducting performance reviews, providing training and development, managing communications between the franchises and headquarters, and implementing marketing strategies. The Franchise Manager will also be responsible for identifying potential new franchise opportunities and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Management, Relationship Management, and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing strategies
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
