Franchise Executives

The role of a Franchisee Executive is vital in our organization as you will be responsible for identifying potential investors, engaging with them, and converting them into franchise partners. Your efforts will play a key role in expanding our franchise network and driving business growth. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, either a fresh graduate from a premium B-school or someone with relevant experience in selling franchises, particularly in the Edtech sector. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads by reaching out to potential investors through various channels, maintaining strong relationships with potential franchisees, persuading them to become partners, conducting market research for expansion opportunities, assisting in negotiating franchise agreements, maintaining records of interactions, collaborating with other teams, and staying updated on industry trends through training sessions. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, the capacity to understand and present complex business concepts, self-motivation, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the Edtech industry, a track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous.
