Franchise Development Manager - Retail Pharmacy

We are hiring a Franchise Development Manager to drive the expansion of a fast-growing generic pharmacy retail chain.

Experience: 4–8 years

Industry Preference: Retail Pharmacy / Retail / FMCG / Franchise Sales/QSR/F&B

Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in franchise development, channel expansion, or business development.
• Exposure to Retail pharmacy, FMCG, retail, real estate, or distribution-led businesses preferred.
• Strong experience in distributor / super stockist/channel partner appointment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-connect skills.
• Target-driven, field-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.
