Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Consultant based in New Delhi. The Franchise Consultant will be responsible for supporting franchising operations, including business planning, P&L management, and consulting. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, managing franchise relationships, and ensuring the profitability of the franchise operations. Qualifications Expertise in Business Planning and Business strategies Experience in Franchising and Franchise Management Skills in P&L Management and financial oversight Consulting skills to offer guidance and support to franchisees Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field Show more Show less
