Job Overview:

We're looking for a Website Designer (Framer) with 1+ years of experience who can bring Lucio’s brand to life across the web. You’ll design engaging landing pages and implement them directly using Framer, and light HTML/CSS. This is a great role for someone who loves crafting stunning visuals and has the technical chops to build them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality, responsive pages in Framer.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to visualize product narratives and campaigns.
• Create illustrations, visuals, or motion graphics using Figma, or other tools.
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Run small experiments (e.g., A/B tests on landing pages) with the marketing team.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI and web design
• Proficiency in Framer (design + publish)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Strong visual design skills: layout, color, typography

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working on SaaS or AI product websites
• Good Understanding in Figma for UI and visual assets
• Understanding of SEO and performance optimization
• Motion design or Lottie experience
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., GitHub)
