🚀 We're Hiring: Framer Designer & Developer
📍 Remote (India) | 💼 Full-time | 💰 ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
🔧 Responsibilities
• Translate Figma designs into interactive, well-structured Framer components
• Maintain visual consistency across devices and screen sizes
• Add animations and micro-interactions that enhance user experience
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and iterate on feedback
✅ Requirements
• 1+ year of experience with Framer or a solid portfolio of relevant work
• Strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and design fundamentals
• Comfortable working with Figma and modern design collaboration tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
💡 Nice to Have
• WordPress experience (Elementor, Divi, or custom themes)
• Awareness of performance optimization and analytics tools
