Job Description

Business Performance Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management:
Prepare timely and accurate financial and management information. You will develop materials for leadership team discussions, providing key messages, analysis, and insights to improve profitability.
Business Planning & Analysis:
Play a key role in developing long-term and quarterly plans. You will analyze data in
SAP
-based systems and present findings in visualization tools like
Power BI
and
Tableau
. This includes coordinating plans, preparing presentations, and providing detailed cost forecasts.
Business Partnering:
Build and maintain proactive business relationships with relevant leadership teams. You will support the performance management agenda by ensuring robust forecasts and delivering insightful commentary.
Actuals & Variance Analysis:
Analyze monthly and quarterly actuals, highlighting areas of performance that are either ahead of or behind the plan. You will suggest potential interventions to address performance gaps.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities in performance management products. You will promote the use of standard systems and work towards simplifying and standardizing processes.
