Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foundry Manager specializing in both non-ferrous and ferrous metals. The position is located in Vasai. The Foundry Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing casting processes, integrating new processes, and ensuring adherence to metallurgical standards. Tasks include supervising foundry staff, overseeing the production schedule, maintaining quality control, and troubleshooting issues related to metal casting and process integration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Foundry Management and Casting
• Skills in Process Integration and Quality Control
• Knowledge of Metallurgy and Metal Casting processes
• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with ISO standards and industry regulations
• Effective communication and organizational skills
