Founding Team Member - Fashion & Content

Color Capital is building the next big thing in fashion retail. We’re looking for a creative force to shape the brand from ground up, design, curation, content, campaigns, social and eventually lead a growing team as we scale.

What you’ll do:

• Define and evolve the Color Capital aesthetic through design and trend curation
• Lead photoshoots, campaigns, and brand storytelling end-to-end
• Build and own content strategy across social platforms
• Drive visual identity across all touchpoints, online and offline
• Hustle in the trenches now, and build + lead a creative team as we grow
• Collaborate with product, growth, and operations to ensure creative drives business impact
