Role Overview: You will be joining Flarize by Golden Ray as a Founding HR Partner/HR Manager/People & Culture Lead, responsible for designing hiring systems, automating HR processes, and eventually growing into the Head of People role. At Flarize, you will have the opportunity to build a startup culture that values ownership, learning, and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR automation using tools like Zoho, Notion, ChatGPT, and n8n. - Cultivate a startup culture that emphasizes learning and results, and mentor new hires while tracking their 30/60/90-day growth plans. - Ensure HR operations are digital and paperless through the use of dashboards, leading bilingual communication in Malayalam and English for hiring, onboarding, and people management. Qualifications Required: - Fluent in both Malayalam and English for daily HR operations, interviews, and communication. - Experience with AI tools and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in building HR systems and startup experience highlighted in a tailored CV (PDF) submitted with the application. - Ability to articulate in a 2-minute video (in Malayalam and English) why you are interested in building startup HR at Flarize. - Submission of a short note (150 words) outlining the first HR system you would implement at Flarize and the rationale behind your choice.
