Founding Designer (with Front-End Skills) — Equity + Early Stipend

SAKO is building the operating system for productized creative services.

Right now we are in early build mode — refining the platform, shaping our brand, and preparing to

launch our first productized design subscription publicly.

We’re creating the brand, the case studies, the demos, and the product from zero.

This role is for someone who wants to be part of that raw early phase.

What you will own

• Full brand identity for SAKO
• Portfolios & case study brands (foundation for our launch)
• UI system across the entire platform
• Front-end implementation through React or Framer or Webflow (or AI-assisted tools)
• Visual assets for landing pages, demos, pitch decks
• Creative direction for interns and future hires
• Direct collaboration with founders on product and strategy

What we’re looking for

• Strong visual taste
• Understanding of product design
• Ability to translate Figma into usable front-end
• Speed, independence, and problem solving
• Someone who wants to help build a system, not just design screens
• A portfolio that shows intentionality and craft

Compensation

• Equity up to 2 percent (Vested over 4 years with a 1 year cliff. Final percentage depends on contribution quality and ownership.)
• Symbolic stipend: 10,000 INR per month — We are early stage and pre-revenue. This role is for someone who wants real upside and wants to build from zero.
