Founding AE (Account Executive)

As a Founding AE at DecisionX, you will play a crucial role in defining how the company takes its category-defining Decision AI product to market. Your primary responsibilities will include driving end-to-end enterprise sales by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. You will have the opportunity to open doors at Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing scaleups, positioning DecisionX as a category creator. Additionally, you will work closely with the founders to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategies, and Go-To-Market (GTM) playbooks. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs, translating their pain points into outcomes with the help of Decision AI. Moreover, you will be responsible for building the revenue motion from scratch, including playbooks, cadences, and fostering a sales culture. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end enterprise sales: prospect, qualify, close deals. - Open doors at Fortune 500s and fast-growing scaleups, positioning DecisionX as a category creator. - Collaborate with founders to refine ICP, pricing, and GTM playbooks. - Be a trusted advisor to CxOs, translating their pain points into outcomes with Decision AI. - Build the revenue motion from scratch, including playbooks, cadences, and culture development. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS/AI/data platform sales in Global Markets. - At least 2 years of experience selling AI products to Enterprises in Global Markets. - Proven track record as a hunter and closer, with experience in closing large Enterprise deals. - Comfortable selling strategic, high-ACV products. - Strong builder mindset, thriving in 0-1 scenarios rather than just scaling.
