About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is about responding to inbound leads quickly, engaging them with clarity and confidence, and driving the first impression of our business. The right person will enjoy a mix of fast decision-making, cold calling, and relationship-building. This is not customer service — it requires intelligence, persuasion, and quick thinking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via email and phone calls with speed and accuracy
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients confidently
• Build trust with decision-makers and communicate clearly without mispronunciations
• Ensure every lead receives a strong first impression of the company
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Support the team with fast turnaround on client communication and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident, well-spoken, and articulate
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling high-volume lead responses
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
• Weekend availability (half-days Sat & Sun) with a compensatory weekday off

Work Schedule

• Core hours: 4 PM – 12 AM IST (flexible; option for work from home post-dinner)
• Weekend work: Half-days on Saturday & Sunday (emails + calls). Weekday holiday in exchange
