About the Role

This role exists to drive customer experience by improving how customers discover, order, receive, and continue using MatAll. You’ll work closely with the founders to identify gaps, design better journeys, and build scalable growth playbooks.

This is a hands-on role with a mix of office work and selective on-ground exposure.
This is not a telesales or call-center role.

Work details & preference:

• Work from Office (Gurugram)
• 6 days a week
• Preference for female candidates (current requirement)

What You’ll Do

• Improve customer journeys across WhatsApp, app, delivery, and follow-ups
• Engage with customers to understand friction points and expectations
• Convert insights into SOPs, FAQs, workflows, and playbooks
• Support growth initiatives (referrals, repeat usage, community programs)
• Track data, patterns, and outcomes to drive better decisions
• Share recommendations directly with founders

• Comfortable with basic tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and apps
