What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Market Research & Strategy

  :
• Identify new venues, event managers, concerts, and brands that could partner with Bright.
• Research competitors and industry trends in F&B, events, and lifestyle products.

• Business Development Support

  :
• Make outbound calls to event organisers, concerts, and potential partners.
• Help with pitching Bright products to potential B2B clients.

• Offline Distribution & Activation

  :
• Support in driving product distribution at events, clubs, and pop-ups.
• Be on-ground for activations – ensuring Bright products create the intended buzz.

• Marketing & Branding

  :
• Assist in creating campaigns and executing ideas to make Bright a visible lifestyle brand.
• Contribute to social media and offline marketing initiatives.

• Founders’ Office Projects

  :
• Work closely with the founders on day-to-day problem-solving.
• Handle tasks that cut across operations, partnerships, and marketing.

Who You Are (Ideal Candidate)

• Energetic, street-smart, and comfortable talking to people (in person and on calls).
• Excited about nightlife, events, and lifestyle branding.
• Curious, resourceful, and a quick learner.
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
