Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder's Office [Fresher] [Marketing/Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager] located in Chennai with flexibility for some work from home. The daily tasks include creating and designing marketing materials, managing and strategizing social media accounts, and supporting influencer marketing initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the founder on various projects and serve as a key point of contact for content creators and influencers.

Qualifications

• Graphic design skills, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Social media management skills, including content creation and platform management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
• Marketing skills, including digital marketing and content strategy development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
