The founder’s office associate will work directly with the founders, gaining first-hand experience in strategy, partnerships, operations, and execution across PIL’s ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in research, presentations, and brand pitch decks
• Help coordinate cross-functional projects (marketing, brand partnerships, operations)
• Support in meetings, documentation, and follow-ups
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and execution planning
• Manage internal trackers, communications, and stakeholder updates
• Prepare reports and insights for ongoing brand and event initiatives
• Actively participate in partnership onboarding
