Role: Founder’s Office Associate (1–2 Years Experience)

Full-Time | On-site


What This Role Is:

A direct extension of the founder’s brain. Not an assistant. Not a coordinator. A thinking partner who understands money, performance, ROI, and the grind of a bootstrapped D2C brand. Your output must improve revenue, reduce wastage, and strengthen decision-making.


Core Responsibilities:

– Work across growth, product, operations, marketing, and performance, whatever moves the needle that week.

– Build fast, scrappy, ROI-first solutions: no aesthetic-first thinking, no corporate playbook.

– Translate founder directives into clear execution plans: metrics, timelines, owners, risks.

– Solve problems directly: supply chain bottlenecks, creative gaps, ad-angle issues, product story conflicts.

– Build frameworks for decisions, not presentations.

– Identify leaks in spending and suggest cheaper, smarter alternatives.

– Work with performance marketers, designers, agencies, and product teams to ensure every rupee deployed has measurable output.

– Handle strategic tasks: partnerships, creator filters, new product analysis, content opportunities, category gaps.

– Maintain operational hygiene: documentation, SOP tightening, accountability tracking.


Mindset Requirements:

– Think like a founder: cost-aware, ROI-obsessed, execution-led.

– Zero dependency mindset: solve first, discuss later.

– Capacity to learn at speed and take ownership without supervision.

– Bias for action: no waiting, no follow-up dependency, no excuses.

– Comfort with ambiguity and pressure; ability to build clarity yourself.


Skills That Matter

– Strong analytical ability; comfort reading dashboards, metrics, and patterns.

– Clear, precise communication

– Ability to break problems into executable steps.

– Strong research ability across categories, competitors, trends, creators, product gaps.

– Operational discipline: tracking, follow-through, documentation.

– General understanding of D2C, ads, funnels, and consumer psychology.

Experience Required

– 1–2 years in D2C, operations, growth, performance, or founder’s office–style environments.

– MBA not required. Mindset and execution matter more than degree.
