🎯 Responsibilities

• Work alongside the founder to manage daily operations, team communication, and guest experiences

• Coordinate between departments (front office, housekeeping, kitchen, sales)

• Assist with content creation, social media ideas, and storytelling

• Research trends in hospitality, guest experience, and operational systems

• Document processes, maintain checklists, and contribute to internal systems

• Join live projects like guest events, packages, or new service concepts

• Support sales follow-ups, marketing campaigns, and guest engagement strategies

• Strong written and verbal communication; social media/content skills are a bonus

• Self-managed, detail-driven, and action-biased

• Bonus if you’ve led a college club, attended a hackathon, or shipped a personal project
