As a Founder Office Executive at Multiplier AI, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, supporting the CEO in various strategic initiatives. Your role will involve providing direct executive support, managing communication, assisting in business growth campaigns, conducting research, and maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables and act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and team members/clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct executive support to the CEO, including drafting internal and external presentations, collateral, and partnerships. - Draft, review, and manage email communication with a focus on timely responses and professional tone. - Assist in campaigns for the growth of the company and handle cold calling and client interactions for business development initiatives. - Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support strategic decision-making. - Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and function as a program management office to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and team members/clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharma, or a related field. - Proficiency in AI tools, MS Office Suite, and English. - Strong US level verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability in cold calling, lead follow-ups, and client engagement. - High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and deliver within tight deadlines. - A proactive, resourceful, and fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
