Type: Performance-Driven Fellowship (Part-time/Full-time)

The Stakes: * Week 1 (Selection Sprint): High-intensity evaluation.

● Month 1 (Deep Dive): Training & System Integration.

● Month 2+: Performance-based stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000+/month, directly

commensurate with your demonstrated capabilities and impact.

" We are a Tech Growth & Scale Partner. We act as the

"External Tech Backbone" for non-tech founders across the globe. We build the systems,

automate the chaos, and provide the data-driven clarity that allows companies to 10x their

growth.

We operate on a Performance-First model: We don’t get paid until our clients see measurable

impact. We are looking for a Right-Hand Associate to help us run this machine.

THE MISSION

You aren’t here to "support" a team; you are here to build a company. You will work directly with

the Founder on:

● Strategic Architecting: Mapping business processes for real-world clients (Retail,

Healthcare, Education etc).

● AI-Driven Growth: Leveraging GPT, Automation (n8n/Make), and low-code tools to

solve complex business headaches.

● Market Blitz: Crafting and executing "Aggressive but Friendly" outreach strategies for

the US, UK, and Indian markets.

● Process Templatization: Turning one-off solutions into scalable "Outlfy Blueprints.
