About the Role You will work closely with the Founders across two companies: - GRAVO Technologies Pvt Ltd — immersive 3D, XR, and tech-driven content. - Kateel Engineering Industry Pvt Ltd — manufacturing industrial disc brakes and motion-control systems. This role is high-learning, high-ownership, and ideal for someone young, sharp, and hungry. It is strategic execution and coordination. Key Responsibilities 1. Execution & Task Management - Break down Founder directives into tasks - Have a seamless communication across the production teams. - Track progress and ensure on-time delivery - Maintain checklists and follow-ups - Assist in weekly reviews 2. Research & Analysis - Prepare research notes, costing sheets, comparisons - Support with financial summaries and dashboards - Conduct feasibility studies and vendor evaluations 3. Communication & Documentation - Draft professional emails, proposals, and briefs - Prepare meeting notes and summaries - Maintain documentation and version control 4. Coordination & Cross-Functional Support - Work with sales, operations, finance, design, delivery teams - Ensure smooth information flow - Follow up with vendors, partners, clients 5. Founder Support - Prepare Founders for meetings and reviews - Handle confidential matters - Support priority alignment Ideal Candidate Profile - 0–2 years experience - Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business / Economics / BBA / BCom / BA - Strong written communication - Good with Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint and AI Tools. - Fast learner with high ownership Personality Traits - Calm, mature, composed - Strong work ethic and dependability - Enjoys problem solving - Flexible and adaptable - Highly organized Growth Path - Chief of Staff (Junior Mid) - Project Manager - Business Operations Lead - Sales / Strategy Lead (if aligned)
