Job Description

As a Forex Sales Executive at our company based in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in generating and managing leads for forex trading products and services. Your responsibilities will include promoting foreign exchange services to both individual and corporate clients, assisting customers with account opening procedures, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets, stay updated on regulatory compliance and market developments, and provide excellent after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and manage leads for forex trading products and services - Promote foreign exchange services to individual and corporate clients - Assist customers with account opening procedures and documentation - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the forex desk - Keep up-to-date with regulatory compliance and market developments - Provide excellent after-sales support Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations or financial services - Hands-on experience in account opening and credit card processing - Knowledge and understanding of forex trading and global CFD markets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets - Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred) In addition to the mentioned job responsibilities and qualifications, we offer a competitive salary, opportunities for professional development and growth, and a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
