Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

Monitor
Forex, cryptocurrency, and global financial markets
in real time.
Conduct
technical analysis
using indicators, chart patterns, and price action.
Perform
fundamental analysis
of macroeconomic events, economic data releases, and crypto market news.
Identify market opportunities and provide
daily/weekly market outlooks
.

2. Trading Support

Assist traders in executing trades based on market signals and analysis.
Develop, test, and optimise
trading strategies
, including algorithmic strategies.
Track trade performance and maintain detailed trading records.
Use trading platforms like
MT4/MT5, TradingView, Binance, Bybit
etc.

3. Reporting & Insights

Prepare
research reports
, risk assessments, and trading performance summaries.
Produce insights for internal teams, clients, or social media (if required).
Present market findings during team meetings.

4. Risk Management

Monitor open positions and ensure adherence to
risk management rules
.
Evaluate market volatility and potential risks before trade execution.
Suggest improvements in trading processes and risk mitigation.
