Foreman Road

As an experienced Road Foreman, your role will involve overseeing and supervising daily road construction activities. You will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring work progresses as per drawings & specifications, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with engineers for smooth execution. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily roadwork activities including earthwork, WMM, GSB, DBM, BC, etc. - Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of site workers and machinery. - Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and quality standards. - Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors for timely progress. - Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards. - Record daily progress, material usage, and manpower deployment. Qualifications Required: - Diploma / ITI / equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in road/highway projects. - Strong knowledge of road construction methods, machinery, and materials. - Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle a team and meet project timelines.
