Roles and Responsibilities Manage footwear product development process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, source, and deliver new footwear styles that meet customer demands. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, quality standards, and lead times. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product offerings. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the merchandising process. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in footwear merchandising or a related field (apparel industry preferred). Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, including sampling, production planning, and quality control. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (buying team) and external partners (suppliers). Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
