Roles and Responsibilities Manage sample development process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of samples for approvals. Collaborate with design team to create prototypes, manage sampling process, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery. Develop strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills. Ensure accurate costing and pricing calculations based on raw materials, labor, and overhead costs. Maintain high standards of quality control by monitoring production processes and implementing corrective actions as needed. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in footwear merchandising or related field (sample coordination). Strong understanding of apparel industry trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective vendor management. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the merchandising process. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in footwear merchandising or a related field (apparel industry preferred). Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, including sampling, production planning, and quality control.
