Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Football Coach located in Bilaspur. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and mentoring players. They will focus on improving individual and team performance, analyzing game footage, and ensuring players' physical and mental well-being. The role also involves communicating effectively with players, staff, and management to maintain a positive and motivating environment.

Qualifications

• Football Coaching, Coaching, and Football skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Training and development
• Ability to analyze game performance
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
• AIFF ’D’ license in football coaching
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Strong understanding of the game and player
