Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site trainee/intern role for a Football Agent and Scout, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The responsibilities include scouting and identifying football talent, assisting in player representation, engaging in client communications, and contributing to the development of strategic partnerships. You will also collaborate with the team to support athletes in navigating their professional careers. This position offers hands-on experience in sports management and player representation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Football and a deep understanding of the sport and its dynamics
• Experience or interest in Sports Management and Team Leadership
• Skills in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on relationship building
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Passion for sports and dedication to athlete representation
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field is a plus
