We are looking for a Food Technologist to develop, improve, and ensure the safety and quality of food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science, chemistry, and microbiology to create innovative food formulations, enhance shelf-life, and maintain compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, etc.). This role involves product development, process optimization, sensory analysis, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

· Strong knowledge of food science, chemistry, and microbiology.
· Proficiency in food safety laws, US FDA, BRC, HACCP, FSSAI, and ISO 22000 regulations.
· Expertise in food processing, formulation, and sensory evaluation.
· Experience in R&D, quality control, and production management.
· Ability to conduct analytical and microbiological testing.
· Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation skills.
· Strong documentation and research capabilities.
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry or B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Tech)
