Position: Office Accountant Experience: Minimum 2 years Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Location: Kannanallur, Kollam (Quilon), Kerala Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting records using Tally ERP software. Manage sales, purchase, and inventory entries accurately. Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and GST filings. Handle accounts receivable/payable and petty cash transactions. Support export documentation and coordinate with management for reports. Perform general office administration, including correspondence and data entry. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant. Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability. Prior experience in export or trading companies preferred.
