Job Summary:

As a Food Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all guests by delivering outstanding customer service, taking accurate food and drink orders, and serving them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly, courteously, and with a positive attitude
• Present menus and explain daily specials, ingredients, and menu items
• handover food and drinks to customers in professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and responding promptly to requests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns gracefully.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Set up and clean kiosk areas before, during, and after service
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or UPI transactions accurately
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a food industry is preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling payments and change

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
