Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server, located in the Park Street, Kolkata. The Food Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen and bar staff, maintaining cleanliness, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English.
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Basic Cooking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team player
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
