Job Title: Service Staff

Location: Madurai Idly Shop – Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Service Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and create a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff for smooth operations.
• Assist in daily opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in service/hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
